This Policy forms an integral part of the DigiVerse Terms & Conditions.
By accessing or using DigiVerse, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

5. Spam & Bulk Messaging
DigiVerse provides messaging, communication, and automation tools to support legitimate business operations.
These services must not be used for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages.
- Sending spam.
- Sending deceptive or misleading marketing communications.
- Purchasing or using illegal contact databases.
- Contacting individuals without legally required permission or consent.
- Repeated unwanted messaging.
- Circumventing messaging platform restrictions or safeguards.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided any legally required consent before receiving promotional or marketing communications.
6. WhatsApp Business Usage
Users must comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Meta requirements when using DigiVerse.
You must not use DigiVerse to:
- Send spam through WhatsApp.
- Send misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent messages.
- Misrepresent your business or identity.
- Distribute prohibited or unlawful content.
- Circumvent Meta or WhatsApp policies.
- Generate fake conversations.
- Purchase, sell, or transfer WhatsApp Business accounts unlawfully.
DigiVerse is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions imposed by Meta or WhatsApp resulting from your activities.
7. Email Services
Where DigiVerse provides email marketing, transactional email, or communication tools, users must use such services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Users must not:
- Send unsolicited commercial emails.
- Forge or falsify sender identities.
- Use deceptive or misleading subject lines.
- Send malware, viruses, or harmful attachments.
- Harvest or collect email addresses unlawfully.
- Attempt to bypass spam filters or email security mechanisms.
Users remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable email marketing, anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws.
8. AI Usage
DigiVerse provides AI-powered features intended to improve productivity and assist business operations.
Users must not use AI services to generate, distribute, or facilitate:
- Illegal content.
- Fraudulent or deceptive material.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content.
- Content promoting violence or criminal activity.
- Defamatory statements.
- Malware or malicious software.
- Phishing messages.
- Copyright-infringing material.
- Fake identities or impersonation.
- Fake reviews or testimonials.
- Academic dishonesty where prohibited.
- Harmful misinformation intended to deceive others.
AI-generated content should always be reviewed before publication, distribution, or use.
Users remain solely responsible for all AI-generated content they choose to publish, distribute, or rely upon.
9. CRM & Customer Data
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the lawful authority to collect, upload, store, and process customer information using DigiVerse.
You must not upload:
- Stolen data.
- Unlawfully obtained contact lists.
- Information collected without required consent or authorization.
- Sensitive personal information without appropriate legal authority.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining the accuracy, legality, and integrity of all information uploaded to the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
You must not upload, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights, including:
- Copyrights.
- Trademarks.
- Patents.
- Trade Secrets.
- Proprietary Software.
- Licensed Content used without permission.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorizations for the content they upload or distribute using DigiVerse.
11. File Uploads
Users may upload files necessary for legitimate business operations and use of DigiVerse.
You must not upload:
- Malware.
- Viruses.
- Ransomware.
- Executable malicious software.
- Illegal content.
- Obscene material prohibited by law.
- Content that infringes another person's legal rights.
DigiVerse reserves the right to scan uploaded files using automated security tools for the purpose of protecting the Platform and its users.
12. Automation
Automation features, including DigiFlow and related workflow tools, must be used responsibly and lawfully.
Users must not use automation features to:
- Circumvent legal or regulatory obligations.
- Spam customers or prospects.
- Create deceptive or misleading workflows.
- Generate fraudulent communications.
- Overload third-party systems or services.
- Bypass API limitations or service restrictions.
Users remain fully responsible for every automation workflow, trigger, integration, notification, or communication created through DigiVerse.
13. Social Media Management
When using DigiSocial or any related social media management features, users must comply with the policies, terms, and community guidelines of all connected platforms.
Users must not:
- Purchase fake followers, likes, or engagement.
- Artificially manipulate engagement through prohibited methods.
- Use automated systems that violate third-party platform policies.
- Publish unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate public figures, organizations, or brands without authorization.
Users remain solely responsible for all content published through DigiVerse and for complying with the policies of connected social media platforms.
14. Hiring Module
Where DigiVerse provides recruitment or hiring features, users must ensure that all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment, labor, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws.
CVs, applicant information, interview notes, and recruitment records must be handled responsibly and used only for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to collect, store, and process applicant information.
15. Security
To protect DigiVerse and its users, you must not:
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
- Test or exploit system vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Circumvent authentication or security mechanisms.
- Interfere with security controls or monitoring systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy DigiVerse software.
- Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Exploit software vulnerabilities or security weaknesses.
DigiRich reserves the right to immediately investigate and respond to any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform.
16. Fair Usage
To maintain reliable performance and ensure fair access for all users, DigiVerse may apply reasonable usage limits to certain services, including:
- AI Requests
- Email Sending
- WhatsApp Messaging
- Storage Usage
- File Uploads
- Automation Executions
- API Requests
- Analytics Queries
Excessive, abusive, or abnormal usage may result in rate limiting, temporary restrictions, additional usage charges, or other actions appropriate to your subscription plan.
17. Monitoring
To protect the Platform, users, and connected services, DigiVerse may monitor:
- System Activity
- Usage Patterns
- Security Events
- Technical Logs
- Performance Metrics
- Operational Events
Such monitoring is performed solely for security, fraud prevention, operational support, legal compliance, troubleshooting, and service improvement purposes.
Monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with the DigiVerse Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
18. Enforcement
Where DigiVerse reasonably believes that this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, DigiRich may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Restrict specific Platform features.
- Suspend messaging capabilities.
- Suspend AI-powered services.
- Disable third-party integrations.
- Freeze wallet functionality.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently terminate the account.
- Remove prohibited content.

The action taken will depend upon the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation, together with any legal or security considerations.
19. Reporting Abuse
If you believe that a DigiVerse account, service, or user is being used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report the matter to DigiRich.
