This Refund & Subscription Policy ("Policy") explains the terms governing subscriptions, payments, wallet balances, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and service credits for DigiVerse ("Platform"), owned and operated by DigiRich ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid DigiVerse service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Subscription Policy outlines the rules governing subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, wallet balances, and service credits for DigiVerse.

By purchasing or using any paid DigiVerse service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

DigiVerse may offer different subscription options, including:

  • Monthly Plans
  • Quarterly Plans
  • Annual Plans
  • Lifetime Plans
  • Usage-Based Plans
  • Custom Enterprise Plans

Available pricing, features, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed within the Platform or provided through an official quotation.

DigiRich reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans at any time.

Changes to pricing or plans will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Subscription Activation

Your subscription becomes active after:

  • Successful payment confirmation.
  • Account verification (where applicable).
  • Completion of any required onboarding or setup process.

Activation time may vary depending on the purchased service or subscription plan.

4. Automatic Renewal

Where automatic renewal is enabled, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your selected payment method.

You may disable automatic renewal at any time before your next renewal date through your account settings or by contacting DigiVerse Support.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in the next billing cycle being charged automatically.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise specified, you will continue to have access to your paid features until your current subscription expires.

6. Refund Policy

As DigiVerse provides digital software, cloud services, automation tools, AI-powered features, business solutions, and online subscription services, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.

Refunds will generally not be provided for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial use of a subscription.
  • Failure to use purchased features or services.
  • Incorrect subscription or plan selected by the user.
  • User inactivity.
  • Business closure.
  • Staff or personnel changes.
  • Device compatibility issues not caused by DigiVerse.
  • Internet connectivity issues.
  • Restrictions, suspensions, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.
  • Account suspension resulting from violation of our Terms & Conditions or other applicable policies.

By subscribing to DigiVerse, you acknowledge and agree that digital services begin immediately after activation and therefore may not qualify for cancellation or refund once delivered.

7. Eligible Refunds

Although refunds are generally not available, DigiRich may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Incorrect billing resulting from a verified technical error.
  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed after investigation.
  • Subscription activation failure caused solely by DigiVerse.
  • A successful payment where the subscribed service could not be activated due to an internal system issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

DigiRich reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before processing any refund request.

8. Wallet Balance

DigiVerse may provide a prepaid wallet for purchasing services, credits, subscriptions, or additional platform features.

Wallet balances:

  • May only be used for eligible DigiVerse or DigiRich services.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another account unless expressly approved by DigiRich.
  • Do not earn interest or other financial benefits.

Wallet balances remain valid while your DigiVerse account remains active unless otherwise specified.

9. Wallet Refunds

Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the funds have been successfully credited to your account.

Exceptions may be considered only in situations such as:

  • Duplicate wallet recharge.
  • Payment processing errors.
  • Technical failures that prevented wallet credits from being added successfully.

If wallet credits have already been used, partially consumed, converted into subscriptions, or exchanged for services, no refund will be available for the utilized portion.

10. AI Credits, Email Credits & Messaging Credits

Credits purchased for AI services, email campaigns, WhatsApp messaging, SMS services, or other usage-based features are non-refundable once they have been allocated to your account.

Unused credits may remain available according to the applicable subscription plan, validity period, or promotional terms, unless otherwise stated.

Where communicated at the time of purchase, unused credits may expire after their applicable validity period.

11. Third-Party Charges

Certain DigiVerse features rely on third-party service providers to deliver functionality and services.

These providers may include, but are not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Meta
  • Email Service Providers
  • SMS Providers
  • Payment Gateway Providers
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Providers

Charges imposed by these third-party providers are outside the control of DigiVerse and DigiRich.

Accordingly, payments made for third-party services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the respective provider's policies.

DigiVerse shall not be responsible for refunds, pricing changes, service interruptions, account restrictions, or policy modifications imposed by third-party providers.

12. Custom Development & Professional Services

DigiRich may provide professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Custom Software Development
  • Website Development
  • API Integrations
  • Workflow & Business Automation Setup
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation
  • UI/UX Design Services
  • Consulting Services
  • Training & Technical Assistance
  • Data Migration
  • Dedicated Onboarding Services

Payments made for professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, DigiRich reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to:

  • Work completed.
  • Resources allocated.
  • Development hours utilized.
  • Third-party expenses incurred.
  • Project management and operational costs.

13. Promotional Offers

Free trials, introductory pricing, promotional discounts, coupon codes, complimentary services, and special offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers have no cash value.
  • Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds solely because the promotion has ended.

14. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, DigiVerse may:

  • Suspend access to paid features.
  • Pause recurring services.
  • Disable automation workflows.
  • Temporarily suspend messaging services.
  • Restrict account functionality until payment has been successfully completed.

DigiRich reserves the right to retry failed payments where permitted by the selected payment provider and applicable laws.

15. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory taxes, duties, or governmental charges, shall be charged where required by applicable law.

Taxes collected and remitted to government authorities are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including GST details where applicable.

16. Refund Processing

Where a refund request is approved by DigiRich, we will make reasonable efforts to process the refund within 7 to 15 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your payment provider.
  • Issuing bank.
  • Card network.
  • UPI provider.
  • Financial institution.

DigiRich is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment gateways, financial institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. Suspension Due to Policy Violations

No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued if your DigiVerse account is suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated due to violations of our policies or applicable laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Illegal use of the Platform.
  • Abuse or misuse of AI-powered services.
  • Unauthorized WhatsApp, SMS, or email messaging.
  • Violation of third-party platform policies.
  • Breach of the DigiVerse Terms & Conditions.
  • Activities that compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the Platform.

DigiRich reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of services, without refund where permitted by applicable law.

18. Modifications to this Policy

DigiRich reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund & Subscription Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, business practices, or operational requirements.

Updated versions of this Policy become effective upon publication on the DigiVerse website or within the Platform unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of DigiVerse after any updates have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund & Subscription Policy.

If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue the use of paid services before your next billing cycle.
