Account Deletion Policy

DigiVerse Account Deletion Policy

At DigiVerse, we respect your right to control your personal information and your account.

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users may request deletion of their DigiVerse account, what information will be deleted, what information may be retained for legal or operational purposes, and the expected processing timeline.

1. Overview

This Policy explains the procedures and consequences of deleting your DigiVerse account.

By requesting account deletion, you acknowledge that certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in this Policy.

2. How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 – Delete from the DigiVerse App (Recommended)

Navigate to:

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen verification process to confirm your deletion request.

Option 2 – Contact DigiVerse Support

Email your deletion request to:

Please include the following information:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
  • Company Name
  • Reason for Deletion (Optional)

Identity verification may be required before your deletion request is processed.

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once your identity has been successfully verified:

  • Your DigiVerse account will be scheduled for deletion.
  • Your access to the Platform will be disabled.
  • All active login sessions will be terminated.
  • Subscription renewals may be cancelled where applicable.
  • You will no longer be able to access DigiVerse services using the deleted account.

4. Information That Will Be Deleted

Subject to applicable legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements, DigiVerse will permanently delete or anonymize information such as:

  • User Profile Information
  • Login Credentials
  • Team Member Accounts
  • CRM Records
  • Lead Information
  • Uploaded Files
  • Forms
  • AI Conversations Stored within DigiVerse
  • Marketing Projects
  • Workflow Configurations
  • Internal Chat History
  • Analytics Preferences
  • Saved Reports
  • Notification Settings

Deletion may include information stored in active systems after the applicable retention period has expired.

5. Information That May Be Retained

Although DigiVerse will delete or anonymize most account information, certain records may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

Such information may include:

  • Invoices
  • Payment Records
  • Tax Records
  • Audit Logs
  • Security Logs
  • Fraud Prevention Records
  • Legal Compliance Records
  • Information Required to Resolve Disputes
  • Backup Copies Retained for Disaster Recovery Until They Expire Under Normal Backup Cycles

Any retained information will only be preserved for the purposes permitted by law and will not be used for marketing or promotional activities.

6. Third-Party Services

DigiVerse may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Services
  • Payment Gateway Providers
  • Email Service Providers
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Providers
  • Other Authorized Integrations

Deleting your DigiVerse account does not automatically delete your accounts or information stored with these third-party providers.

You may need to separately disconnect integrations, revoke permissions, or request deletion directly from the respective provider in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Subscription & Wallet

Deleting your DigiVerse account does not automatically cancel your financial obligations or entitle you to a refund.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are governed by the DigiVerse Refund & Subscription Policy.
  • Unused wallet balances are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Unused AI credits, messaging credits, email credits, SMS credits, or similar prepaid digital services are generally non-refundable.
  • Active subscriptions may continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

Users are encouraged to review their active subscriptions before requesting permanent account deletion.

8. Processing Time

Most verified account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days from successful identity verification.

In certain situations, processing may take longer, including where:

  • Additional identity verification is required.
  • Legal or regulatory obligations apply.
  • There are unresolved payment disputes.
  • Technical or operational circumstances require additional processing time.

DigiRich will make reasonable efforts to complete all verified deletion requests as quickly as practicable while complying with applicable laws and security requirements.

9. Reactivation

Once a DigiVerse account has been permanently deleted, it generally cannot be restored.

All deleted account information, user settings, configurations, and associated data may be permanently removed from DigiVerse systems following the applicable retention period.

If you wish to use DigiVerse again after your account has been permanently deleted, you will be required to create a new account and complete the registration process.

DigiRich does not guarantee the recovery of deleted data, subscriptions, wallet balances, AI credits, messaging credits, or any other account-related information following permanent deletion.

10. Changes to this Policy

DigiRich reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Account Deletion Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, security practices, or operational requirements.

The most current version of this Policy will always be available through the DigiVerse website and within the DigiVerse Platform.

Your continued use of DigiVerse after any updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Account Deletion Policy.

If you do not agree with any updates, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion where appropriate.

By using DigiVerse and submitting an account deletion request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Account Deletion Policy, together with the DigiVerse Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Refund & Subscription Policy.

This Policy forms part of the legal terms governing your use of DigiVerse and applies to all account deletion requests submitted through the Platform or directly to DigiRich.
